Job Duties:

Performs Advanced Administrative Work. Dissemination of Information. Develop a Filing System, Coordinate Administrative Support Work. Order Supply for the Warehouse to be shipped to the other warehouses. Fill out requisitions.  Receive and document incoming items for the warehouse. Manage the office staff assigned to the office. Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and the Assistant Manager of daily activities.   Good communication Skills.  Require dealing with vendors: Purchasing, Know the Status of Orders. Printing Pull Tickets for the Floor Staff. Reviewing orders and Reviewing / Printing Invoices. Assist in improvement for the ordering process between vendors, warehouses and customers. Responds to inquiries concerning items in the warehouse. Keep track of inventory to keep the warehouse stocked. Train and supervises the work of others. 

You'd be a GOOD fit if:

You have four years of experience in customer service, clerical, secretarial, administrative support. or technical program support.

You have knowledge of warehouse operations or inventory management

You have experience in supervision of employees

You'd be a GREAT fit if:

You are detail-oriented and highly organized to ensure inventory levels are monitored continuously and orders placed in adequate time to maintain desired stock

You have experience using spreadsheet software and compiling date into various reports for administrative review
