Job Duties:
This position coordinates, reviews, enters, and processes requests for human resources actions while assisting with the planning, development, revision, and implementation of policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. You¿ll handle complex issues, answer detailed questions, and manage the maintenance and analysis of correspondence, reports, forms, and other documentation. Daily tasks include data entry and retrieval, identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections, reviewing time and leave records, and maintaining both automated and manual filing systems and computer databases.
You¿ll provide technical assistance on processes and operating procedures, develop solutions and new approaches, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. The role also includes coordinating applicant screenings and document verification, sending notifications to applicants and employees, and completing required forms and appointments. Additionally, you¿ll train and supervise the work of others, supporting efficient and accurate HR operations
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
You¿ve graduated from an accredited high school or earned a GED and have four years of full¿time experience in human resources, customer service, clerical or secretarial work, administrative support, program or public administration, financial operations, auditing, or technical program support. You can also substitute fifteen accredited college semester hours for each six months of experience. A bachelor¿s degree is preferred, along with experience supervising employees and using computer systems and applications.
