Job Duties:
This position reports to the mattress factory at the Wynne Unit. Duties include oversight of the mattress factory operations and direct supervision of incarcerated inmates. This mattress factory is responsible for the manufacturing and production of inmate mattresses for the agency. Day to day functions include oversight of mattress factory operations and security of the factory, and as well as administrative duties.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
You have a high school diploma or GED and meet one of the qualifying experience pathways: one year of mattress manufacturing experience, two years of production or manufacturing experience, or 60 college hours. You are security¿minded and bring reliability, focus, and awareness needed to work safely and effectively in a correctional manufacturing environment.
