Job Duties:

Leadership of the Texas Correctional Industries Marketing team

Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans

Oversee and coordinate marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-person events)

Coordinate creation of marketing materials and content (digital and print)

Collaborate with product teams on market strategies

Organize promotional events

Customer service

You'd be a GOOD fit if:

You have a bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE). 

You have three years full-time, wage-earning public administration or program administration experience. 

You have three years full-time, wage-earning experience in the supervision of employees. 

You have three years full-time, wage-earning production or manufacturing operations or wage earning retail sales or marketing experience.

You'd be a GREAT fit if:

You prioritize creating strong teams.

You have strong verbal and written communication skills.

You enjoy providing excellent customer service.

You have 15+ years of sales or marketing experience. 

You enjoy team collaboration to reach a common goal.
