Job Duties:

This position oversees the monitoring process of our vendors who provide residential, outpatient, therapeutic communities and treatment programs within the community and correctional facilities. This positions provides leadership and guidance directly to the contract monitors in the field on a daily basis and provides necessary reporting to leadership when needed.  The position also works closely with out placements teams in monitoring population numbers and acceptance time frames.  Daily work with the contract operations manager and the accounting will be needed to assist in identifying risk factors and required operational standards.

You have experience in contract operations and billing reviews, and you can communicate ideas and instructions effectively through both written and verbal methods. These skills demonstrate your ability to ensure accuracy, maintain clear communication, and support smooth operational processes.
