Job Duties:

This role serves as the main point of contact for the project and oversees all phases of project execution. Responsibilities include conducting monthly site visits to monitor progress, reviewing and approving schedule updates, payment vouchers, and change orders, and monitoring all incoming reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. The position requires the ability to hold contractors accountable to contractual obligations and maintain clear oversight of project timelines, performance, and deliverables. Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) Test is required within one year of hire.

You'd be a GOOD fit if:

You have 8 years of construction experience with 3 or more years of supervising employees. You must have a general knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e., Excel, Word and Outlook). You must have good communication and people skills. 

You'd be a GREAT fit if:

You have a bachelor's degree with five or more years of construction experience. Three or more years of supervising employees. You must have a general knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e., Excel, Word and Outlook). You must have good communication and people skills.
