Job Overview

As a member of our team, you’ll play an important role in helping patients access the care they need. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our patients, families, visitors, and physicians — both in person and over the phone.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, patient-focused, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong computer skills and a genuine desire to help others.

In this role, you will:

• Provide a welcoming, positive, and patient-oriented experience to every customer.
• Register patients and schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Assist with referrals and related processes.
• Collect and accurately enter demographic, insurance, and other necessary patient information.
• Help coordinate patient payments, post charges and payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with patients, families, visitors, physicians, and members of the healthcare team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Shifts will vary based on department needs.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail are important.
• A caring, professional, and patient-focused approach is essential.
