Tech Recruiter

Nexus IT Group is seeking a Tech Recruiter to help place top tier tech talent with their clients. The main objective of this role is to work closely with potential candidates and internal teams to accelerate growth by sourcing and managing candidate relationships.

What you'll do:

• Identify potential talent that would be a good fit
• Building and managing candidate relationships
• Matchmaking top tier tech talent with our clients as candidates for their tech teams
• Sourcing Candidates: You must find potential tech candidates through leveraging our backend CRM and data tools
• Keep our backend CRM of sales candidates well-organized and updated
• Communicate with the rest of the team efficiently and effectively
• Attend team meetings and trainings to keep current with technology
• Taking full ownership of the hiring process and keeping track of all candidates
