Technical Analyst (Contractor or Paid Internship)

National Digital Trust Company is a newly approved federally chartered trust bank focused on providing digital asset services. The Technical Analyst will bridge IT systems and business operations by analyzing, designing, and implementing systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing performance.

What you'll do:

• Analyze and document system requirements and workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
• Evaluate software and hardware options and recommend optimal solutions
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL)
• Familiarity with database management systems and cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and system architecture
• Experience with project management and business analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
