Technical Product Analyst

Johnson & Johnson MedTech develops healthcare innovations across medicine and medical technology to improve health outcomes. The Technical Product Analyst bridges business stakeholders and IT teams by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, developing technology solutions, supporting testing and adoption, and monitoring implementation outcomes.

What you'll do:

• Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders and end users to understand the current state, collect and document business needs and objectives. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements
• Data Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. This analysis helps in formulating actionable insights that drive decision-making
• Solution Development: Propose and develop solutions that align with organizational goals. This includes creating functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and user manuals to support implementation
• Facilitating Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project updates. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between non-technical and technical teams
• Project Management: With the team’s support, organize and manage resources to achieve the goals within the defined scope, plan, and budget; meeting the desired objectives and delivering value to stakeholders
• Project Documentation: Developing comprehensive project documentation throughout the application / project lifecycle, including business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, interfaces and status reports is essential for ensuring alignment among all project participants
• Testing and Validation: Involved in overseeing testing solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. They may also facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the implemented solutions function as intended
• Direct Support, Coaching and Training: Regarding the change network (Super Users, Key Users) guarantee that learning curves are well addressed
• Assess Adoption and Proficiency of Changes Within the Organization: In compliance with the applications change management approach and methodology
• Monitoring and Reporting: After implementation, monitor the performance of solutions and report on their effectiveness, adjusting as necessary to optimize outcomes

What they're looking for:

• A bachelors degree is required
• Up to 3 years of relevant technical experience
• Experience working around a supply chain and/or manufacturing environment
• Fluent in English (written / spoken)- Bilingual required
• Ability to interact with end users, developers and applications vendors, business' 3rd parties, and organizational leaders. This includes active listening, written communication, and verbal communication
• Problem-Solving skills as the role must be an expert at identifying problems and developing successful solutions (analytical thinking and the ability to assess various options before making decisions)
• Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze information, evaluating data and processes, to make or recommend informed decisions or improvements
• Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to adapt strategies and solutions to a dynamic and evolving business environment
• Technical experience: Solid understanding of technology applications and data analysis tools, and how they can be leveraged to improve business operations
• Experience supporting SAP applications preferred
• Experience with MES platforms and integrations is preferred
