Description and Requirements

As part of Lenovo Solutions and Services Group (SSG), our organization leadsthesoftware R&Deffortsand owns the Hybrid Cloud and AI platforms. Our team playsa central rolein Lenovo’s AI-first cloud strategy by enabling integration across cloud solutions and helping define the Lenovo Software roadmap and vision.

Our team is currentlyseekinga TechnicalProgram Managertodriveengineering effortsandprograms across Lenovo’s divisions.

In this role, you will own the full program lifecycle—fromprogram definition, to instrumentation,adoptionandsuccess metrics.You willhelp Lenovo create the foundation for enterprise level engineeringstandards by definingcritical models and processes to be used acrossmultiple products andorganizations.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical depthinsoftware development processes andplatforms, combined with executive-level communication andstakeholdersengagementskills.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Define programs with adequate adoption ramps and metrics

  • Ensure alignmentofrequirements across teams and organizations

  • Own executive-levelcommunication,includingWBRs,and ongoing partnership alignment

Process and Reporting:

  • Define success metrics, reporting instrumentation and cadence andgating solutions

  • Ensure clear processes areestablished,documentedand socialized

  • Define andmaintaina rhythm of the businessaligned with programs and business goals

  • Drive process improvements tooptimizeprogram efficiency and quality.

  • Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders, including leadership and customers.

  • Manage program changes, ensuring they are documented, communicated, and implemented effectively.

  • Keep teams accountable

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degreeinComputer Science, Scientific subjects, or related field

  • 8+ years of technical program management experience insoftware engineering, cloudcomputingor related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proventrack recordof managing complex projects for enterprise or hyperscale customers.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Ability to lead complex global programs and drive outcomes under tight timelines

  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Proficiencyin project management tools, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint,jira,etc



This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the United States. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office—great for collaboration and connection!

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $152,000 to $192,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. In compliance with Colorado's EPEWA, the expected Application Deadline for this position is 8/15/2026 – this applies to both internal and external candidates.
