BS in civil engineering (structural/bridge) required, PE in PA required (NJ/NY desirable), 10+ years structural/bridge design experience, proficiency with Midas, AASHTOWare Bridge Rating, STAAD, MicroStation, ORD, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office; staff management and client communication skills.
