Technical Recruiter

Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is a Federally Recognized Tribal Entity and fast-growing IT services firm supporting critical government missions. They are seeking a driven, people-savvy Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing and landing top talent, managing the full recruiting lifecycle, and developing smart recruiting strategies based on market trends and business needs.

What you'll do:

• Hunt for talent using creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards—you name it)
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand what “great” looks like
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle — from first outreach to offer negotiation and close
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews that keep candidates engaged and excited
• Develop smart recruiting strategies based on market trends and business needs
• Craft compelling job descriptions that attract the right people (not just more people)
• Partner with business development by providing talent insights for proposals
• Keep everything organized and flowing in our ATS (iCIMS)
• Confidently communicate compensation, benefits, and opportunities to candidates
• Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements and hiring standards

What they're looking for:

• 2+ years in recruiting, sales, or a high-volume, relationship-driven role
• You're competitive, motivated, and love hitting (and beating) goals
• Strong communicator—you know how to connect, influence, and close
• Organized and able to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
• Curious and resourceful—you don't give up when a search gets tough
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if you bring the experience
