Technical Recruiter - Healthcare IT

Walker Healthforce is currently seeking an ambitious Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in the growth of a lucrative recruiting sector. What they're looking for:

• Minimum of 1 yr. Technical Recruiting experience is ideal but not required
• Exceptional communication skills and a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
• Competitive person who possesses exceptional time management and organizational skills
• "Hates to lose" mentality with a capacity to evaluate and respond to multiple requests
• Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.)
• Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit and a metrics-driven mindset
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is preferred
