Black Diamond Networks is hiring a Technical Recruiter to source senior consultants and contractors for client staffing needs across diverse industries. The role focuses on building candidate pipelines, managing relationships, negotiating pay rates, and collaborating with account executives to meet staffing requirements.

What you'll do:

• Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling
• Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
• Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence
• Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent
• Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently
• Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
