Technical Recruiter (Starlink)

SpaceX develops technologies intended to enable human life on Mars, including Starlink’s mission to connect the unconnected. The Technical Recruiter will manage full life-cycle recruiting for engineering, supply chain, and technical operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while partnering with hiring managers and maintaining talent pipelines.

What you'll do:

• Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients
• Deeply understand each role's requirements and how it fits into the organization
• Develop and execute strategies focused on creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication
• Find creative ways to capture the attention of candidates during initial outreach stages
• Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in engineering, supply chain or other niche disciplines
