AI Full Stack Developer — Azure AI
Role: Build the CMN Staffing Decision Support application for Acute Care VLOA and Shift Pickup.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop UI and backend APIs using React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI
- Build AI workflows using Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI
- Implement RAG/policy reasoning using Azure AI Search
- Integrate Fabric workforce data and PostgreSQL application data
- Implement explainable recommendations, human approval, and audit logging
- Configure Entra ID, Key Vault, monitoring, and Azure deployment
- Support testing, UAT, and technical documentation
