Technical Targeting Officer (2026-0200)

We are actively hiring a Technical Targeting Officer to join our team working in Northern, VA. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The position requires a strong understanding of digital networks, targeting concepts, and experience with IC tools and systems
• Strong understanding of data collection, cleaning, and organizing raw data to find hidden patterns, draw conclusions, and use those conclusions to make better decisions (i.e. Perform Predictive analytics and Prescriptive analytics)

      REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors and 3+ years of cyber and/or CNE targeting experience to support a client’s operational requirements
• Experience with internet applications and protocols, Windows and Linux operating systems, SQL, Hadoop, or other DBMS is encouraged and an understanding of scripting languages such as Python and certifications to include CISSP, GIAC GPEN, CEH, OSCP, CNDA, and Sec+ are desired
• Network traffic analysis experience using Wireshark, Suricata, and nDPI, to baseline standard activity and identify anomalies strongly desired
• Experience, an understanding or interest in business, cryptocurrency, finance, and/or related fields and the ability or interest in leveraging new technologies, including FINTECH would be a plus
