Rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to more than one team. Our rotational program will help you discover the best fit for your skills and long-term career goals at Citi. ## What you’ll do Our technological solutions are the foundations of everything we do. We keep the bank safe and provide the technical tools our workers need to be successful. We design our digital architecture and ensure our platforms provide a first-class customer experience. Our operations teams manage risk, resources, and program management. We focus on enterprise resiliency and business continuity. We develop, coordinate, and execute strategic operational plans. The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) works together to ensure the safety of Citi’s and our clients’ assets and information. You will make tangible contributions to high-impact, real-world projects that directly influence the evolution of banking. Your work could involve developing next-generation digital banking solutions, fortifying cybersecurity defenses, driving data-powered innovations, and transforming customer experiences. Depending on team placement, Analysts may gain exposure to: - Microservices development: Java, Spring Framework, Pivotal Cloud Foundry - Front-end web development: React or Angular, Apigee TypeScript, HTML5 - Generative AI and AI agents: GitHub Copilot with various models, Citi Squad (automated code reviews), Devin.AI (agentic code generation), prompt engineering, workflow design, GenAI optimization, and Stylus Workspaces (in-house Gemini) - Data analytics: tools such as Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to track customer journey adoption and measure the business value of delivered productsProgram members can expect global exposure through globally scoped projects and cross-functional teams; continuous learning through structured learning, networking, mentoring, and development programs; and the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects shaping the future of banking. ## Qualifications - Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027 - Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another technology-related degree - GPA of 3.0 or better preferred - Proactive problem-solver who thrives on innovation, embraces challenges, and leverages Generative AI to address complex business problems and create novel solutions - Global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones - Excellent communication, project management, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills, and ability to work well within diverse teams - Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises - Collaborative and adaptable; prior experience working in agile teams is desirable - Authorized to work in the USA without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future ## Who we think will be a great fit A steadfast dedication to learning and a true passion for business are vital. The primary location full-time salary range is $80,000 to $115,000. In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
