About this role

Accenture is seeking a delivery professional to support complex technology programs for healthcare clients, particularly in the payer domain. The role coordinates workstreams and stakeholders, develops program deliverables, tracks delivery risks and milestones, and supports implementation through post-deployment optimization.

What you'll do:

  • Support workstreams within complex technology programs, helping teams deliver high-quality work on time and in alignment with client objectives
  • Create and maintain client-ready deliverables, including program plans, status reports, executive presentations, process documentation, decision materials, and risk and issue summaries
  • Gather and analyze business, operational, and technology requirements, translating findings into clear documentation and actionable recommendations
  • Coordinate activities across Accenture, client, and technology partner teams, including geographically distributed onshore and offshore resources
  • Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and action items, escalating concerns to program leadership when appropriate
  • Prepare clear and concise program communications for client stakeholders and Accenture leadership
  • Facilitate working sessions, document decisions and outcomes, and follow through on assigned actions
  • Apply knowledge of healthcare payer operations and technology delivery to analyze challenges and support effective program decisions
  • Support testing, implementation readiness, deployment, go-live, and post-deployment optimization activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, team coordination, deliverable quality, and client value
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while taking ownership of assigned activities and deliverables
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and seeking opportunities for continued professional development

What they're looking for:

  • You are a hands-on problem solver who combines strong analytical, communication, and delivery skills with an understanding of healthcare payer operations and technology-enabled transformation
  • You have experience working within cross-functional teams to develop high-quality deliverables, coordinate delivery activities, analyze business and technology challenges, and help move programs from planning through implementation
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to communicate effectively with both client and Accenture team members
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting technology programs or application implementations, including hands-on responsibility for developing deliverables and coordinating program activities
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare payer and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry, with exposure to payer processes such as claims, enrollment and eligibility, benefits, or provider data management
  • Minimum of 1 year experience creating client-ready deliverables and communicating with business and technology stakeholders, including presentations, status reports, plans, requirements, process documentation, and risk or issue summaries
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working within cross-functional teams and structured technology delivery methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
  • You have experience supporting cloud, data, AI, application modernization, platform transformation, or other technology modernization initiatives
  • You have familiarity with major cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
  • You have experience using generative AI and AI-enabled tools to support analysis, deliverable development, or program execution
  • You have an Agile, Scrum, SAFe, CAPM, or similar delivery certification

Benefits:
