Technology Intern

## Summary of the Job: First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is seeking Technology Interns to join our team for Summer 2027 (May–August). This program is designed for students attending Nebraska universities who reside in the Omaha, NE area for the duration of the internship. ## What You'll Do - Work side-by-side with experienced IT professionals on real projects that impact our customers. - Contribute as a member of an agile scrum team, collaborating with developers and engineers. - Apply programming practices and learn FNBO's development standards. - Support ongoing modernization efforts and test process improvements. ## What We're Looking For - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors are encouraged to apply. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Interest in learning programming concepts (prior experience a plus, but not required). - Ability to be onsite weekly and attend scheduled summer events. ## Possible Focus Areas - IT Modernization - Application Development - Test Automation - Infrastructure and Application Rationalization - Digital and Mobile Technology - Automation Engineering
