The Technology Product Manager will drive digital and AI-enabled product capabilities by gathering requirements, managing backlogs, facilitating Agile delivery, and collaborating with business and technology teams to develop innovative healthcare solutions.
What you'll do:
- Partner with product managers, product owners, and cross-functional business and technology teams to advance product capabilities that meet business obligations and strategic opportunities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into product backlog items, detailed user stories, user flows, acceptance criteria, and clear definitions of done
- Prioritize, manage, and continuously refine requirements throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring work items align with overall product strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs
- Facilitate backlog grooming, refinement, and Agile ceremonies, monitoring demand, priorities, team capacity, and impediments
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder meetings, managing prioritization tradeoffs between customer experience, business value, technical constraints, and delivery goals
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and digital automation capabilities to address complex business challenges, emphasizing the responsible use of A
- Evaluate emerging technology trends and enterprise-approved AI tools to inform solution design, drive strategic innovation, streamline workflows, and continuously improve product delivery
What they're looking for:
- 1+ years of experience working with technology-enabled products, digital solutions, or software delivery
- 1+ years of experience creating, maintaining, and refining product backlogs and translating business needs into technical user stories within an Agile environment
- 1+ years of experience analyzing business processes, requirements, and process flow diagrams
- 6+ months of experience leveraging technical tools or working alongside engineering teams to build, integrate, or deploy AI-powered capabilities or workflow automations
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of technical product management or IT experience in lieu of a degree
- Product Owner, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent certification
- Experience with product management tools such as Aha!, Rally, or GitHub
- Understanding of Lean Product Management principles and frameworks
- Understanding of DevOps practices, software delivery processes, integration testing, and automation practices
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, listening, and cross-functional communication skills across business and technical teams
