The %3Cstrong%3ETechnology Service Owner%3C/strong%3E plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical business applications and services. This position is responsible for end-to-end ownership of assigned services/applications, including production support, technology roadmap management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The %3Cstrong%3ETechnology Service Owner%3C/strong%3E requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage complex incidents, and a focus on delivering high-quality service to both internal and external customers. Looking for a strong candidate who has industry knowledge of credit and debit card processing. %3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3EResponsibilities:%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EOwn the end-to-end management of assigned services/applications, including production support and issue resolution.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOversee technology roadmaps and coordinate with product vendors on future state planning and implementations.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EManage incident, change, problem, and project management functions for supported applications.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECoordinate application and infrastructure monitoring, including alert assignment and updates with enterprise and business units.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ELead or participate in project management activities, serving as project manager or team member as needed.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ERepresent the organization on projects and may lead activities of lower-level employees.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPerform other duties as assigned.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3EQualifications:%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3E4+ years of experience managing application support, technology roadmaps, troubleshooting applications, or other directly related experience.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EKnowledge or familiarity with the following areas and systems will be a plus: Card processing and configuration with Fiserv,%26nbsp;Visa%26nbsp;or other vendors within the industry.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExtensive knowledge of application support, IT infrastructure, technology troubleshooting, database management, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap management.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDemonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to understand and address business needs.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EStrong data analysis, problem resolution, research, and customer relations skills.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExcellent verbal and written communication skills.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExperience with Microsoft Excel analytics and ServiceNow/ADO preferred.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to work independently, determine solutions, and exercise discretion within job scope.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3ELocation:%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
