Temporary Recruiter

Kunz provides model-based design, engineering, and construction management services for complex capital programs. The company is seeking a part-time Temporary Recruiter to support sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, recruiting administration, and candidate communication for technical roles.

What you'll do:

• Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
• Reviewing resumes and applications against position requirements
• Conducting initial candidate phone screens
• Preparing concise candidate summaries for hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication and follow-up
• Maintaining accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS
• Building candidate pipelines for current and upcoming positions
• Researching companies, job titles, and talent markets to support sourcing efforts
• Developing Boolean searches and other targeted sourcing strategies
• Following up with candidates and helping keep the interview process moving
• Supporting job postings and other recruiting activities as needed
• Helping maintain a responsive and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What they're looking for:

• * Previous experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a related role
• * Experience communicating directly with candidates
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills
• * Strong organization and attention to detail
• * Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on assigned work
• * Ability to work approximately 25–30 hours per week
• * Ability to work from the Walnut Creek office as needed
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• * Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other candidate sourcing tools
• * Experience reviewing resumes and applications
• * Experience conducting candidate phone screens
• * Experience working in an applicant tracking system
