The Adam C. Sinn ’00 Department of Finance at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position with a nine-month academic appointment, beginning Fall 2027.
We seek outstanding scholars who are passionate about advancing the field of finance through impactful research, dynamic teaching, and meaningful service. The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Conduct and publish high-quality research in leading academic journals,
- Deliver engaging, rigorous instruction at the undergraduate, master’s, and/or doctoral levels, and
- Contribute to the department, school, and university through professional service and outreach.
The Adam C. Sinn ’00 Department of Finance fosters a collegial, collaborative, and research-driven environment, providing exceptional resources and support to help faculty achieve excellence in research, teaching, and professional growth.
A Ph.D. in Finance or related discipline is required. Candidates from all areas of finance are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated potential for publishing in top-tier finance and related journals.
