Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a Territory Manager to oversee field marketing operations within designated residential markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building a team, developing territory strategies, and ensuring lead generation goals are achieved.
Duties
-Recruit and onboard new field representatives
-Manage daily territory coverage plans
-Analyze market opportunities and neighborhood data
-Monitor team productivity and performance
-Conduct coaching sessions and team development activities
-Collaborate with leadership to improve market penetration

Compensation Package
-$100,000 - $175,000 earning potential
-Base pay plus commissions and incentives
