Job Summary
Requirement: Product Management, Agile & Testing Expertise
Product Management
- Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
- Skilled in creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Experience working closely with business users and development teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Agile Delivery
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ability to drive cross-functional team collaboration and ensure timely delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Understanding of functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Experience coordinating test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and release readiness activities.
- Ability to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of test management and defect management processes.
