Textile Engineering Analytics & Software Internship - summer 2027

Springs Window Fashions is a window covering company seeking a motivated intern to support its Engineering team. The intern will develop and deploy production-ready applications for textile engineering analytics, modernize Python-based workflows, and contribute to automation, hosting, and user-friendly interfaces.

What you'll do:

• Develop and deploy production-ready applications for textile engineering analytics - including: + automated remake analysis + trial-planning tools + predictive modeling solutions
• Project will modernize existing Python-based workflows through: + automation + hosting + user friendly interfaces that enable broader adoption across the engineering team

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior/Senior/Masters level
• Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Previous internship experience in relevant function
• Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Electrical Engineering or Related Major Preferred
