About this role

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Traffic Manager will facilitate the workflow of marketing projects, managing the production process from concept through completion ensuring on-time delivery and flawless execution. 

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Fully Remote Position (must be available for occasional meetings at HQ)
Must reside within a 90-minute driving distance of the work location.

Pay Grade 10: Starting at $60,000 annually

 

Primary Tasks:

  1. Responsible for the daily management of projects, assigning work tasks and providing project details and expectations to Marcom team members. 
  2. Communicate with Relationship or Marketing Managers regarding deadlines and priority level, ensuring all necessary information is obtained for project completion. 
  3. Anticipate or recognize potential problems affecting project deadlines and take necessary corrective action. 
  4. Monitor daily workloads and assignments to ensure that the appropriate talent is assigned to projects and workloads are evenly maintained. 
  5. Oversee the project workflow to ensure materials are produced with accuracy and on time by tracking project progress, routing work for review and approval, and opening and closing projects. 
  6. Manage input from agencies and creative services to the asset management system including assisting with asset distribution as required, training for new team members, and assisting with user management. 
  7. Self-manage projects and timelines, reinforcing the use of the appropriate process and workflow across the Marcom team. 
  8. Work closely with Marcom production and deployment teams and Traffic Manager II to set project milestones, create project timelines and track schedules to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on time and within brand standards 
  9. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Detail oriented and able to work on tight timelines
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously
  • Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with co-workers and internal clients.
  • Proficiency in project management and content management tools, preferably in WorkFront
  • Two (2) years project management experience
