Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pmThis position assists with the sale, set-up and servicing of new and existing clients in relation to Treasury Management products and services offered by Bell Bank. This position has a basic understanding and knowledge of all Treasury Management systems and products. This position will also assist Commercial and Private Banking staff with information gathering and input with respect to request for new commercial deposit accounts and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and maintain basic product and industry knowledge on treasury management products, services and pricing. Expected to have a basic knowledge of competitors’ product set & pricing.
- Assist Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) in analyzing and preparing proposals, pro-formas, relationship reviews, set-up sheets, contracts and any other documentation that may be required.
- Assist TMOs with the submission of paperwork for implementation of Treasury Management products. This may include delegation and/or ownership of the onboarding process for new clients to Bell Bank.
- Book new basic services to include contract execution, setup instructions, and customer training as directed.
- Handle basic customer inquiries on products and services and document customer activities.
- Assist the Treasury Management Officers in analyzing and recommending Bell Bank Treasury Management solutions to existing clients.
- Work closely with the related support areas of the bank as needed in order to meet customer needs.
- Work on projects and initiatives as assigned. This may include preparing reports used for internal tracking.
- Prepare account reviews for TMO.
- Assist the Treasury Management Officers as needed with new client onboarding process. This includes all aspects of the implementation process.
- Review analysis statement for accuracy after new relationship has onboarded.
- Work collaboratively with all internal departments as needed to setup and service TM products.
- Conduct basic account reviews, as needed.
- Manage basic TM relationships as needed.

Education, Experience, and Other Expectations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of previous Treasury Management and/or related work experience, preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organization, verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to complete and prioritize projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to think clearly, solve problems, develop customer relationships, and embrace new challenges.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
