JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the daily operations and production of all treasury management services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned including cross training across other departments as necessary.
- Provides support on all treasury management functions to include Automated Clearing House (ACH) Origination, Office Banker (RDC), Internet Wires Transfers, Lockbox, Bill Pay, and Positive Pay
- Provides customer service assistance to treasury management customers and bank employees
- Travels to customer’s place of business to set up Office Banker™ RDC check scanner and to train new users.
- Trains company employees (users) on the processes of treasury management services
- Ensures that setup is completed for new Treasury Management customers
- Assists supervisor with the preparation of annual reviews for ACH Originators
- Assists supervisor with preparation of Office Banker™ RDC Customers Annual Reviews
- Assists supervisor with annual Disaster Recovery and Silverlake release testing.
- Maintains current knowledge and adheres to internal risk controls and loss prevention, including reporting of suspicious or unusual customer activity per bank policy
- Maintains current knowledge and complies with all federal and state laws and regulations and all established bank policies and procedures including internal audit controls related to department operations
- Maintains current knowledge and adheres to all rules, regulations, and laws as they apply to BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot Act/CIP/AML
- Performs other duties as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

- A self-starting individual who possesses a High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred)
- A minimum of two years banking experience of which 1-year experience in treasury management is preferred
- Technical aptitude for working with computer applications and detailed account and customer records and essentials
- Hard working team player with good organizational, verbal, written and communication skills, customer relations, and interpersonal skills are necessary
- Must possess strong knowledge of personal computer applications including word processing, excel, and spreadsheet software
- Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Position requires extended periods of visual concentration working on computer screens
- Must be able to travel to various bank locations to assist during the bank’s Business Continuity Plan testing
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday on a rotation schedule of 8:00a.m. to 5p.m. or 8:30 -5:5:30 and occasional Saturdays or Sundays during Disaster Recovery Testing and Silverlake Release testing
