Purpose Statement: The Treasury Department is dedicated to supporting our client’s operations by managing banking and treasury functions with integrity and precision. We are committed to mitigating fraud, ensuring secure and efficient financial transactions, and partnering with other departments to promote seamless operations.

The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Treasury Services team for RPM Living. This role will be responsible for full cycle Bank Administration functions including but not limited to Bank Account Management, Fraud Prevention, User Administration, Petty Cash Card Program and Treasury Payment Processing.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, balances, and banking system(s) 
  • Review and approve external and internal wire transfers
  • Assist with decisioning positive pay and ACH exception decisioning
  • Open and close bank accounts
  • Serve as administrator of online banking sites
  • Maintain and update signature cards as needed
  • Assist in resolving user issues, including password reset, access to additional accounts, entitlements, and other inquiries
  • Supporting the Treasury team on department initiatives including process improvement and development of policies and procedures
  • Initiate wire and ACH payments as needed
  • Ensure accurate property cash services setup
  • Manage Concur and corporate petty cash card program
  • Assist in managing RPM property Gift Card program
  • Timely resolution of support tickets while providing excellent customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent industry experience
  • 2+ Years of Property Management Experience, Preferred
  • Knowledge of banking treasury management and services
  • Knowledge of banking terminology, cash management, regulatory compliance and corporate structures
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in organization with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to apply banking knowledge across multiple banks and bank platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to research and think analytically

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
