Job Summary - Why you’ll love this position
This full time position will be located at 112 Plaza Drive., Sikeston MO 63801. The regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Saturday and Sunday off. Occasional coverage on other shifts may be necessary at times to meet the needs of SEMORS.

Responsibilities - What you’ll do
- Professional supervisory position accountable for professional program planning and management. Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation treatment plans for consumer with developmental disabilities.
- Supervises professional and/or direct care staff.
- As part of a treatment team, observing behavior and participating in habilitation programs
- Preparing reports and progress notes, assisting with annual staffing, and completing quarterly and monthly reviews
Qualifications - All you need for success
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
- Applicants must be eligible for designation as a QDDP under Federal standards for an Intermediate Care Facility-Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID).
