TTS US Operations Analyst Project Intern (TikTok Shop - Supply Chain and Logistics ) - 2026 Start

TikTok is a technology company operating TikTok Shop, whose US Operations team is building a scalable, data-driven fulfillment network. The Project Intern will support operational monitoring, fulfillment quality analysis, readiness planning, dashboard development, reporting, and process validation across fulfillment centers and third-party logistics partners.

What you'll do:

• Support the development and optimization of hourly-level monitoring systems for 3PL fulfillment operations, tracking operational progress and identifying potential risks and bottlenecks across FCs
• Analyze fulfillment quality metrics, including missing, damaged, and wrong orders, and assist with root cause analysis and improvement tracking
• Analyze historical operational data to identify capacity and performance risks and support readiness planning for peak seasons such as BFCM
• Assist in developing operational dashboards and proactive alert mechanisms across capacity, quality, backlog, and SLA performance
• Support data analysis and operational validation for new processes, SOPs, and system launches across the FC network
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports, exception analyses, and data insights to support regional operations and business reviews
• Collaborate with Operations, 3PL partners, Product, and other cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable operational improvements

What they're looking for:

• • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL and/or Python
• • Experience with data visualization or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• • Able to analyze complex datasets, identify trends and anomalies, and clearly communicate findings
• • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• • Able to commit to an internship period of no less than 3 months
• • Previous internship or project experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
• • Familiarity with WMS systems and inbound, inventory, and outbound warehouse workflows
• • Experience building dashboards, automated reports, or operational monitoring tools
• • Interest in operational analytics, process improvement, and large-scale fulfillment networks
• • Able to work on-site for at least 5 full working days per week is preferred
