7+ years in U.S. banking, fintech, or financial-services compliance with substantial BaaS, bank-fintech partnerships, or related product experience; deep understanding of U.S. regulatory framework; hands-on expertise in BSA/AML, consumer protection, fair lending, deposits, third-party risk, privacy, cybersecurity, ACH/card programs, or state money transmission.
