Responsibilities

Front Desk Support & Customer Service

  • Welcome students and visitors to the offices and remind them to check in on the sign-in sheet.

  • Provide backup support for the Sears 240 suite by answering incoming phone calls during peak hours, addressing general questions, or routing complex inquiries to full-time staff.

Qualifications

  • A dependable student who arrives on time for shifts, is open to learning basic office software, and can adapt to daily office needs as they pop up.

  • Willing to share an honest student perspective on whether draft office guides are clear or confusing.
