You’ll build relationships across campus, partner with hiring teams, and manage recruiting for interns and early-career talent while creating a positive candidate experience and strengthening ACA’s early-talent pipeline.
What You’ll Do

- Represent ACA on campus and virtually, planning and participating in career fairs, information sessions, networking events, student organization partnerships, and other recruiting activities.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for internship and early-career roles, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, offers, and pre-employment communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, establish recruiting plans and timelines, evaluate candidates, and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Support ACA’s internship program, including orientation, professional development, networking, manager communication, and activities that strengthen the intern experience and support full-time conversion.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, University Relations, campus recruiting, early-career recruiting, or a related Talent Acquisition role.
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Handshake, LinkedIn, an ATS, or similar technologies.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple roles, events, deadlines, and candidate pipelines.
