UPS Marketing (Commercial & Strategy) Summer 2027 Internship

UPS is a Fortune Global 500 organization offering an internship supporting its Marketing, Commercial, and Strategy teams. The intern will conduct research and data analysis, develop recommendations, support marketing campaigns and commercial strategies, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Develops actionable research objectives to address key business issues
• Performs analysis, analyzes data, and interprets findings to ensure comprehensive understanding of results before presenting to stakeholders
• Maintains an understanding of current market and industry practices to leverage existing knowledge and optimize the development of customer analysis
• Communicates findings and insights from analysis to key stakeholders
• Supports the development and implementation of marketing and commercial strategies, including campaign creating and performance tracking
• Conducts competitive intelligence and market research to inform strategic decisions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Demonstrates leadership potential, initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for commercial strategy, customer-focused solutions, and driving business growth
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
• Employer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positions
• Must be a rising college junior or senior, upon starting internship
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Must be located or willing to relocate in Atlanta, GA from late May 2027 – early August 2027
