URBN Apparel Product Development Intern

Anthropologie Weddings is seeking an Apparel Product Development Intern to support the Product Development team during the summer internship program. The intern will assist with apparel development across the product lifecycle, including sample management, fit approvals, milestone tracking, vendor communication, market research, and administrative projects.

What you'll do:

• Assist PD in managing styles development from initial concept through production handoff
• Track development milestones, sample status, approvals, and key calendar dates
• Organize and maintain product development WIP
• Coordinate receipt, logging, and distribution of development samples
• Support sample preview meetings by preparing samples
• Support communication with suppliers and vendors regarding sample requests and development updates
• Perform competitive market research and product benchmarking
• Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed
