As a distinguished product lead you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Simulation Engine, a foundational platform for modeling, experimentation, optimization, and decision intelligence. The platform will enable product, engineering, data science, and business teams to conduct what-if analyses, evaluate strategies, test algorithms and policies, and estimate customer, operational, and financial impact before production deployment at enterprise scale.

Collaborating across Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations, the team integrates models into planning and real-time decision-making. Their work enhances fulfillment accuracy, capacity utilization, and cost efficiency, ensuring a faster and more reliable experience for customers.
What you'll do:

- Partner with engineering on APIs, data contracts, integrations, scalability, reliability, observability, and governance.
- Collaborate with data science and AI teams on simulation, optimization, forecasting, causal analysis, and agent-based decisioning.
- Prioritize high-value fulfillment and planning use cases.
- Establish metrics for accuracy, cost, reliability, adoption, and resilience.
- Apply modern product-management practices to accelerate delivery and adoption.
- Communicate strategy, risks, tradeoffs, progress, and measurable business impact.
What you'll bring:
- Bring 10+ years of experience across engineering, support, product development, and technical consulting.
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
- Lead complex technical products, enterprise platforms, and data-driven capabilities at scale.
- Translate customer and business needs into scalable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Partner effectively with engineering, data science, product, and business teams.
- Apply knowledge of supply-chain optimization, fulfillment systems, experimentation, causal analysis, or decision intelligence.
- Influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
