About the Department
Lanesboro Public Utilities and the City of Lanesboro seek a service-oriented professional to serve in the role of Utility Supervisor. The Utility Supervisor is the lead utility operations manager, overseeing the operation, maintenance, construction and improvement of Lanesboro’s electric, water, and wastewater utility systems. This position is an exempt-full-time leadership position with a compensation range of $72,892-$109,102, depending on experience. Other benefits include participation in the Minnesota Public Employees Retirement Association pension plan (PERA); health, disability, and life insurance coverage; paid time off; 12 paid holidays; an employer contribution to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA); a clothing allowance; and a cell phone stipend.
