Our Utility Workers play a crucial role in keeping our Meal Delivery and production services running smoothly — ensuring that individuals across the community receive the support and resources they depend on every day.

 What You’ll Do as a Utility Worker

You’ll be part of a fast-moving, supportive team that handles both meal delivery and material movement throughout the workshop.

Meal Delivery Driver Duties

• Drive delivery trucks to distribute meals throughout the community

• Pick up materials and finished product as needed

• Perform clerical tasks related to delivery routes, logs, and documentation

Material Handling & Production Support

• Move raw and finished materials in and out of the workshop

• Load and unload trucks safely and accurately

• Check in shipments and deliveries

• Use pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks, and forklifts to move materials

• Complete daily forklift safety checklists

• Assist with production tasks when needed

 Safety & Reliability

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Report unsafe conditions or hazards to your supervisor immediately

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Forklift Certification within 90 days
• Must have previous forklift certification and/or delivery truck driving experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
