8+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, hospitality, or live events, including senior leadership; deep expertise in event strategy, production, financial management, and vendor negotiation; proven people leadership; strong executive presence; willingness to travel and work nights/weekends; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
