About this role
As a Vice President, Program Management Lead within the Private Client Office, you will bring a structured, collaborative, and outcomes-driven approach to moving the business forward. In this role, you will operate as an extension of the Business Manager—combining project leadership with business management to define priorities, structure work, track progress, and communicate impact. You will partner closely with the Business Manager to drive PCO expansion with key stakeholders, helping the organization remain agile and on track against key timelines. You will also partner closely with Finance, Sales Strategy, Technology, and Location Strategy to drive key initiatives, enable disciplined governance, and ensure leaders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and decisions needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive a portfolio of strategic initiatives from intake through execution, adoption, and impact measurement, ensuring clear scope, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner closely with the Business Manager to drive PCO expansion with key stakeholders, keeping workstreams agile, aligned, and on track against critical timelines.
- Partner with Location Strategy (strategy owner) and key stakeholders to translate location strategy into actionable plans, business readiness, and coordinated execution.
- Monitor weekly field performance dashboards and leading indicators to pinpoint hot spots, drive field conversations, and solution targeted actions to improve outcomes.
- Own the structure and coordination of field leader business reviews for partnerships and sponsorships, partnering with Finance for data and insights; manage pre-reads, support facilitation, and drive actions and commitments to closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs to Field Leadership onboarding (e.g., Sales Strategy, Technology, Finance, and other partners as needed), ensuring readiness, clear communications, and continuous improvement based on feedback.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning and delivery with Finance, Sales Strategy, and Technology, integrating dependencies, risks, and sequencing into a single plan of record.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and standardize templates to improve consistency, transparency, and execution discipline across PCO.
Proactively surface risks and issues, escalate appropriately, and drive timely resolution while maintaining momentum and stakeholder trust.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 4+ years’ experience in business management, strategy, consulting, or program/portfolio management in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, align, and drive decisions across senior partners.
- Proven ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, build actionable plans, and deliver outcomes across multiple workstreams.
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable diving into operational details as they are into driving execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive-level updates and facilitating forums.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfort building concise dashboards and leadership-ready materials.
- Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships at scale.
- Familiarity with risk and controls expectations in a regulated environment.
- Experience and passion for supporting a field organization, with a strong service mindset and ability to translate needs into scalable solutions and measurable outcomes.
