VISTA Marketing Coordinator

AmeriCorps VISTA partners with Piece by Piece, a Los Angeles nonprofit using mosaic art workshops and social enterprise sales to support communities affected by homelessness, trauma, and economic insecurity. The VISTA Marketing Coordinator will evaluate outreach and sales data, strengthen marketing materials and CRM systems, generate leads through events, and create case studies, reporting practices, and an outreach playbook for staff.

What you'll do:

• Review CRM data, open and closed leads, and pop up performance from Year Two, and identify top performing sectors, partners, and events to prioritize
• Refine pitch decks, flyers, and email templates
• Build a lead cultivation and prospect tracking system for corporate partnerships and commissions, and developing reusable meeting templates
• Attend priority pop up and networking events to generate new leads
• Compile case studies, finalize CRM structure and reporting practices, and build an outreach playbook and training for staff to maintain after the term

What they're looking for:

• We are looking for someone interested in marketing, outreach, or business development, comfortable with CRM tools, and able to write clear, compelling outreach materials
• Car recommended
• Some college
