Vocational Course Intern (Business Operations & Consulting Support)

EXL offers a structured vocational internship program providing students with practical workplace experience and mentorship. The intern will support consulting, business operations, project management, data analysis, and professional development activities while continuing their academic studies.

What you'll do:

• Assist project teams with research, data collection, and analysis activities
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and business documentation
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, and status updates
• Assist with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Support administrative and coordination activities across ongoing projects
• Learn and apply professional communication, collaboration, and workplace etiquette
• Complete assigned learning objectives and development activities under mentor guidance
• Provide periodic progress updates and maintain internship learning records

• Currently enrolled in a vocational, technical, business, or related educational program
