This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor passionate about developing others, executing standard work, and helping teams exceed expectations.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee and optimize daily operations within receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping functions. You will lead hourly team members to achieve excellence in safety, quality, accuracy, and delivery by applying Lean tools, standard work systems, and positive reinforcement.

  • Lead, coach, and develop hourly warehouse employees using a servant leadership approach
  • Apply International Way principles applying Lean and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement in workflow and space utilization
  • Champion a growth mindset culture, encouraging innovation, adaptability, and learning from mistakes
  • Implement and sustain standard work, visual controls, and 5S practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Ensure timely receipt, put-away, and shipment of parts in line with production and customer schedules
  • Drive performance improvement KPIs and audit processes to ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and service levels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and quality teams to improve end-to-end performance
  • Foster a people-driven work environment built on trust, accountability, and open communication
  • Maintain documentation that demonstrates effectiveness and compliance with company procedures
  • Support and manage a union or represented workforce professionally and consistently
  • Be able to work variable shifts
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience

OR

  • Master's degree and at least 1 year of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience

OR

  • At least 5 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
  • Prior warehouse supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with represented or unionized workforces a plus
  • Proven success in Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with change management and performance coaching
  • Ability to drive a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
