Warewasher- Stewarding

Job Summary:
The Warewasher-Stewarding is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and outlet areas. This role involves washing dishes, flatware, silverware, pots, and kitchen small wares, as well as cleaning dish machines, pot sinks, stainless steel surfaces, floors, and other kitchen equipment. The Warewasher-Stewarding also handles tasks such as garbage disposal, recycling, sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, flatware, silverware, pots, and kitchen small wares.
- Clean dishwashing machines, pot sinks, stainless steel walls, ceiling tiles, floors, and floor mats.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins.
- Sweep, mop, and clean dirty kitchen equipment.
- Remove dirty dishes, lift glass racks, and sort silverware, glasses, and china.
- Push queen mary carts, poker chips, and other rolling equipment as needed.
- Organize storerooms and storage areas when returning equipment.
- Make food runs to storerooms or outlets as required.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
