Warranty Business Intern

## Requisition Summary Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an internship for students currently enrolled in college. This opening is for a Business Intern to add to our Warranty team in Denton, Texas. ## Job Responsibilities This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limited to: - Provide accurate, relevant, and meaningful ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic and tactical decision-making - Create and implement dashboards and reports in Tableau - Lead warranty audit projects aimed at improving warranty processing and achieving cost savings - Develop and maintain training and reference materials for both dealerships and internal staff - Assist with warranty training programs, including updating online modules, preparing monthly webinars, and enhancing the warranty procedure manual - Contribute to assigned projects aimed at improving warranty processing and achieving cost savings ## Required Qualifications The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in a Business, Data Analytics or a related program. ## Preferred Qualifications The skills that are important to be successful in this position are as follows: - SQL, Python, Tableau - Microsoft Office skills - Strong analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication - Multi-tasking, self-starter, and resourceful
