- Demo & Extraction: Utilizing truck mounted water extraction tools, removing wet carpet, drywall and flooring using hand and power tools.
- Equipment: Deploy and monitor heavy-duty, industrial mitigation tech like high-powered air movers and commercial dehumidifiers.
- Clean up: Deep-clean and sanitize compromised properties to make them completely safe and healthy for families again.
- Mold Remediation: Inspect, contain and safely remove mold damaged materials using specialized equipment and following strict safety standards to restore spaces to a healthy, hazard-free environment.
- Emergency Response: Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation for after-hours critical water emergencies.
- Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience desired. Willing to train the right person.
- Work Ethic: Hardworking, driven, reliable and do not mind physical labor or getting messy.
- Attitude: A supportive team player who brings a professional and empathetic attitude to stressed-out homeowners during a crisis.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- A valid, clean driver’s license is REQUIRED to operate our company response vehicles.

The IICRC, originally named the International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Inc. (IICUC), was founded in 1972 by Ed York. Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world.
The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
